They will have a big tent set up and anyone who wants to do the customary visit to give advice, congratulations, etc. on their upcoming belt(s) is welcome to stop by for that - but they will primarily be running a big craft fair inside the vigil tent with the following activities for anyone that would like to attend.

Radiant's Favor A&S Competition

This is not an official Kingdom competition, it's just for fun (plus prizes and bragging rights).

You can enter things that have already been entered in other competitions, and the only judges will be Axident and Lily.
3 Categories: Dragon, Garber and Owl - 1 winner per category​

Artisan Showcase
They will have a table / wall for people to display:

pictures of their work

commission status

rates & contact information

projects and requests for feedback

They will also have some space if you want to set up and work on a current project.

 

This is a great opportunity to passively make some sales without having to set up and manage a whole vendor booth!

The Raffle of Eldritch & Infernal Boons
Axident and Lily wanted to support people being able to try new crafty pursuits that might not normally be possible due to lack of funds, knowledge of where to start, etc.  To assist people in trying new things, they have put together a raffle of over two dozen items, including trinkets, crafting materials, and partial / complete crafting kits.
 

All visitors to the Patron tent will receive raffle tickets to be used on the various raffles of your choice, and they will draw for the prizes near the end of the vigil.

Silent Auction
They will have a space available for crafters to put finished or custom items in a silent auction and all of the proceeds for each item will go directly to the artisan.

• Payment for physical items must be made at the end of the auction before the item is handed over.

• Payment for custom items will be half down upon close of the auction and the remaining payment can be made when the item is finished.

 

Phoenix Blessings
They will have a small collection of free crafting materials for players to take, so feel free to bring your own supplies to add to the blessings. Any remaining freebies will be taken home with Lily to return to Endreign for people to look through, and may be a recurring theme at future events if there’s enough interest.

Advice and Feedback
If anyone has a craft they want to start, or is working on projects and wants tips / feedback / assistance, feel free to visit! If they can’t help, they'll be able to find the right people who can.
